What class should I bring my tot to?

Do I need to have experience of yoga?

Not at all. All sessions are guided gently by Michelle and poses are absolutely child friendly, especially Jellyfish!

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself, your tot and a smile. We provide mats and anything else you will need.

What does a Tiny Tots Yoga session look like?

What if my tot doesn’t want to join in?

Don’t worry, this is a class especially for little tots. We don’t expect them to stay quietly on their mat doing poses the whole time. Our little one often wants to wander around seeing what everyone else is doing. Just encourage them to try the poses. The sessions provide a balance of short engaging activities as well as free play time.
